These terms govern your use of doorfox.com.au and the quote-introduction service it provides. The site is operated by JR Digital Services Pty Ltd (ABN 15 677 761 787), trading as DoorFox Garage Doors. By submitting a quote request or otherwise using the site, you agree to these terms.

What DoorFox does (and doesn’t)

DoorFox is a quote-introduction service. We connect Adelaide homeowners and businesses with one trusted local garage door technician based on your suburb. We do not perform garage door repairs, installations, or servicing ourselves — that work is done by the matched technician under their own ABN, licensing, and insurance.

We do not run a panel of rival installers. We do not auction your enquiry. We do not warrant the technician’s work — that warranty sits between you and the technician under their service contract.

What you agree to

By submitting a quote request you confirm:

The contact details you provide are your own, accurate, and current.
You consent to your enquiry being forwarded to the matched local Adelaide garage door technician for the purposes of contacting you about a quote.
You consent to receiving communications from that technician about your enquiry (call, SMS, email).
You’re not using the form to harass, defraud, or commit any unlawful act.

What we agree to

We will forward your enquiry to one matched technician — never a panel of rival operators.
We will not sell, syndicate, or rent your contact details to any third party.
We will respond to email follow-ups within one business day.
We will be honest if your suburb is outside our coverage and tell you so directly rather than forward your enquiry to an operator who can’t service it economically.

Quote and pricing terms

All quotes from the technician are issued under their own pricing terms and are subject to the technician’s standard contract.
DoorFox does not set, control, or warrant the technician’s pricing.
Pricing ranges shown on this site are Adelaide-market guides, not promises. Your fixed-price quote is what the technician confirms after assessing your door.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You retain all consumer guarantees that apply to the services you receive from the matched technician — including the guarantees of due care and skill, fitness for purpose, and reasonable timeframes — and you retain all guarantees that apply to the goods (e.g. doors, motors, springs) the technician supplies and installs.

If something goes wrong with the work or the goods, your first contact is the technician. If the matter isn’t resolved to your satisfaction, escalate to quotes@doorfox.com.au and we’ll help mediate where we can. You also have direct recourse to Consumer and Business Services SA (CBS) and the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) for unresolved consumer-law issues.

Intellectual property

All content on doorfox.com.au — text, images, schema, brand marks — is owned by JR Digital Services Pty Ltd or licensed for use. You may not reproduce, syndicate, or commercially exploit the content without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law (and subject to the ACL guarantees above), DoorFox’s liability for any claim arising out of your use of the site or the quote-introduction service is limited to the AUD value of fees you’ve paid to DoorFox — which, since we don’t charge homeowners, is zero. The matched technician’s liability is governed by their separate service contract.

Changes to these terms

We update these terms when our model changes. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for at least 14 days.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of South Australia. Any dispute is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South Australian courts.
