Service area

Greater Adelaide, the Adelaide Hills, Mount Barker, Gawler, Aldinga, the northern coast through to the southern coast. If you’re more than ~80km from the Adelaide CBD, message us and we’ll be honest about whether we can find an operator who’ll travel without making the call-out fee uneconomical.

What to include in your message

For repairs, helpful details (none required, but they speed things up):

• Door type — sectional / roller / tilt / unknown
• Brand of motor or door, if visible — B&D, Centurion, Merlin, Steel-Line, Chamberlain
• Symptoms — won’t open, won’t close, motor humming, loud bang, off the tracks, panel damaged, remote not working
• Photos welcome — even phone snaps help us quote accurately

For new installations:

• Suburb and rough property type — single-storey, double, townhouse
• Door size if known — width × height in millimetres
• Material and budget bracket — roller, sectional, custom timber
• Approximate timeline
